Currently to our office in Warsaw we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Job descript_ion:


The primary focus of this role is to provide a wide range of administrative services for the office and clients. To execute this role effectively the assistant should be technically proficient, able to work independently, proactive, flexible, adaptable and self-motivated. The role necessitates working effectively in international environment.


Key duties include:

  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post;
  • Dealing with correspondence, preparing letters and taking minutes;
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Cooperation with clients, external providers, direct executive level reports and other staff;
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Controlling documents and information flow

     

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Computing skills at good level;
  • Initiative and energy in performance;
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Ability to work in international environment
  • Very good command of writing and speaking English (working with English-speaking superiors)

         

Preffered:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in similar position
