Passengers rights
Passenger's rights are set forth in Regulation (WE) No 261/2004 of European Parliament and Council of 11 February 2009. This document contains airline commitments towards passengers in case of flight disruption, including flight cancellation. Air Italy Polska guarantees its passengers full access to information about their rights. The full version of the text can be found in the attachment. The document is also placed at the airports from which Air Italy Polska performs its flights.
